The service
ZILVEA lets you create AI-generated portraits from photos of your pet and purchase them as digital files or printed products. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Your photos
You confirm that you own or have permission to use every photo you upload and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights. You keep ownership of your photos. You grant us a licence to process them solely to provide the service.
The artwork
Once you purchase an artwork you receive a personal, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to reproduce and display it for personal, non-commercial purposes. We don't publish customer artwork without explicit permission.
AI results
Portraits are generated by AI and may vary from the photo. You preview and approve every artwork before purchase; the artwork you approve is the artwork you receive. Regeneration limits apply and are shown in the creation flow.
Orders and payment
Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown in euro. An order is confirmed only when payment is successfully processed by Stripe. We may cancel and refund an order in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud.
Delivery and returns
Delivery and return conditions are described in our shipping and returns policies, which form part of these terms.
Acceptable use
You may not upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content, attempt to bypass usage limits, or interfere with the service. We may block accounts or sessions that abuse the service.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. EU consumers may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence and use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
