Who we are
Your Company S.r.l. operates this website and is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at support@zilvea.com.
What we collect
To create and deliver your portrait we process: the photos you upload; the pet name you choose; an anonymous session identifier; your email, name, shipping address and phone number when you place an order; and technical data such as device type and approximate location derived from your IP address.
How we use your photos
Your photos are used solely to analyse the image and generate your portrait. They are stored in private storage, never made public, and automatically deleted after 30 days unless linked to a paid order, in which case the resulting artwork is retained so we can reprint or resend it.
AI processing
Portraits are generated by AI image models operated by third-party providers acting as our processors. Photos are transmitted to the provider only for the duration of generation and are not used by us to train models. We never send your name, email or address to the AI provider.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details. Stripe processes your data under its own privacy policy.
Printing partners
To print and ship physical products we share your name, shipping address, phone number (for the carrier), email and the print file with our print-on-demand partner. They use this data only to produce and deliver your order.
Emails
We send transactional emails about your order (confirmation, production, shipping). We only send marketing emails if you explicitly opt in, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Analytics and cookies
We use a strictly necessary session cookie to run the creation flow and cart. First-party usage analytics are collected only with your consent. See our cookie policy for details.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, rectify, erase or export your data, restrict or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, email support@zilvea.com.
Retention
Uploads: 30 days. Unpaid sessions and generations: 90 days. Order data: as required by tax and accounting law. Marketing consent: until withdrawn.
