The photo that works best
- Shoot at eye level: crouch down so the camera is at your dog's nose height.
- Use daylight from a window, no flash, with the whole head in focus.
- Keep ears and muzzle inside the frame; a collar is fine, a hand in front of the face is not.
- One dog per photo gives the most faithful result.

Will it really look like my dog?
The portrait is built from your photo, so markings, coat colour and face shape follow your dog. You see the result before paying, you can create up to 5 free versions a day if you want another take.
Can I include two dogs?
Each portrait is made from one photo with one main subject. For two dogs, create two portraits and hang them side by side; the multi-product offer applies automatically in the cart.
My dog has passed away. Can I use an old photo?
Yes, many people order a portrait as a memorial. Choose the clearest photo you have: older phone pictures work as long as the face is sharp and well lit.
How long does delivery take?
The digital file is ready right after payment. Prints are made to order and arrive in 4–8 business days for posters and 5–10 for canvas and framed prints, after production.
